CNC Programmer at Accumold

Derrick Nixon has a long and varied work experience. Derrick began their career in 1988 as a Supervisor/Clerk at Modern Dairy. In the same year they also started working at Kuester Tool and Die as an Estimator/CNC Punch Press Programmer, where they prepared detailed estimates and job routers for fabricated sheet metal parts, and programmed sheet metal components for a Wiedematic 30-50 punch press. In 1992, they became the Owner of Derdoodles Crafts. In 1994, they began working at Midwest Patterns Inc. as a CNC Programmer. Finally, in 2019 they began working at Accumold as a CNC Programmer, where they program and machines intricate mold components and accessories to extremely tight tolerances, and downloads models from Solidworks into MasterCam and manipulates the model to create high quality parts in a timely and efficient manner.

Derrick Nixon attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a High School degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
