Fred E Woodward has worked in a variety of roles in the manufacturing industry since 1990. Fred E began their career at Mach Mold as a Mold Maker and CNC Programmer. In 2000, they moved to Johnson Controls as an NC Programmer, followed by a role as Model Shop Lead at Engineered Plastic Components Inc in 2007. In 2009, they became a CNC Programmer at Mid-America Machining and then Lead CNC Programmer at Accumold in 2011.

Fred E Woodward completed a Mold Making Apprenticeship at Lake Michigan College from 1990 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Coloma High School from 1986 to 1989. Fred E obtained a Journeyman Mold Maker certification from the U.S. Department of Labor in 1995 and a Mold Maker certification from the American Mold Builders Association in the same year.
