Eric Blancas

Eric Blancas is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend development using React and Typescript. Currently at Detroit Labs since March 2021, Eric has taken on leadership roles, creating reusable components and developing a Feature Flagging platform for seamless code deployment. Prior experience includes senior software engineering roles at Nexient, where Eric customized frontend components and managed CMS architecture, as well as mentorship at Lambda School, guiding students in coding practices across various programming languages. Eric’s career began at HYPEBEAST, focusing on frontend development, and is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University Channel Islands.
