Carol Reardon

Carol Reardon is an accomplished professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in handling complex business disputes. Currently serving as Director at Accuracy since October 2024, Carol previously held the position of Principal at HKA from July 2019 to October 2024, focusing on detailed schedule delay and cost overrun analyses, including CPM schedule analyses and financial assessments of project costs. Prior to that, Carol was a Principal at The Kenrich Group LLC from July 2004 to July 2019, providing similar expertise in dispute resolution. Carol began a career in engineering at Goodrich Sensor Systems as a Design Engineer from May 2002 to July 2004, specializing in the mechanical design and testing of aviation sensors. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Carol earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2003.
