Aaron Hayes

Aaron Hayes is the current General Manager at Accurate Background. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager Product Management at Syniverse from November 2011 to September 2015. There, they were the Product Management Leader for Europe and Asia and focused on Syniverse's Enterprise solutions, such as Mobile Identity, Messaging, Fraud, and Payments. Aaron also managed the mobile payments product and development teams at MACH, where they created innovative solutions for global mobile payments. MACH was acquired by Syniverse in July 2013 for €550 million. Before working at Syniverse, Aaron was an Enterprise Architect at Mblox from May 2002 to April 2011. There, they had senior technology team management in Americas region. Aaron also worked as a Technical Consultant at KANA Software from August 1999 to August 2000.

Aaron Hayes has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire and a certification in mediation and conflict resolution from UC Berkeley Extension. Aaron also has certifications in project management from APMG-International and Skills Matter, and is a certified scrum product owner from The Open Group. Aaron also has a Cisco Certified Network Associate Security certification from Cisco.
