Khai Ngo

Khai Ngo is an experienced leader in employment screening and management consultancy, currently serving as Managing Director at Accurate Australia (formerly VerifyNow) since November 2019, where oversight of the Australian team's operations in background screening is a key responsibility. As CEO and Co-Founder of VerifyNow, Khai also initiated the HR Think Tank Podcast to discuss workforce dynamics. Concurrently, Khai holds the position of General Manager and Co-Founder at Cogent Business Solutions, a consultancy committed to delivering service solutions across various sectors in Australia. Additional roles include Ambassador for One Young World, Co-Founder and Director at the Australia-Vietnam Young Leadership Dialogue, and several significant managerial positions at Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW, where substantial development and operational management expertise were developed. Education includes a Bachelor of Management from the University of Technology Sydney and further studies in Global Business Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
