Ray Palys

Ray Palys has a diverse work experience. In 1994, they founded and became the Managing Director of CoreStrata Management Consulting, where they focused on accelerating the growth, performance, and profitability of small and medium-size companies. In 2020, they became the President of Accurate Biometrics, a fingerprint services provider approved by the FBI to provide channeling services throughout the United States.

Ray Palys obtained a BS degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Ray further pursued their education by completing an MBA in Finance at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, from 1987 to 1988.
