Jeromy Dahlke

Director of Service Sales at Accurate Controls

Jeromy started his career with Accurate Controls in 2000 as a Field Technician. He worked in the field for eight years learning all aspects of project installations, testing/certification, training, and service support. He then transitioned to Project Technician where he assisted customers with service issues as well as assisted Engineering with CAD development. In 2014 he became Engineering Team Manager. In this role, he led the engineering department, coordinated work schedules across multiple departments, contributed to project designs, and continued technical service work.

In 2016 he became Customer Service Manager, with the creation of the Service Department. Jeromy's responsibilities for the management of the service department included development of standard processes, scheduling field resources, and assisting customers with service items. With Jeromy's new role he can focus on managing existing customer base through service contracts and identifying opportunities to grow the service business.
