TJ Rogers

TJ graduated from Butler University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics. Prior to college TJ worked for his father Tom as an electrician’s helper as early as 15 years old and advanced to journeyman electrician. After college TJ and his father started Accurate Controls, building programmable logic control systems for the State of Wisconsin Corrections.

He has experience in all aspects of ACI’s operations including engineering, programming, manufacturing, and project coordination, but his primary focus is on business development. He works closely with architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors across the United States on technical system designs and innovations for the corrections industry. TJ has led ACI’s growth as a leader in the security automation industry.
