Eric Slagter

Eric Slagter has a strong background in technology and project management. Eric served as Vice President of Technology at Accurate Perforating, where they successfully migrated two divisions to the latest version of Epicor ERP software. Additionally, they implemented material and production tracking within Epicor to enhance the company's profitability. Eric also managed a 65 user, two location network and developed a CRM system for sales reps. Prior to this, they held the same position at Accurate Metal Fabricating. Earlier in their career, they worked as the MIS Director at American Needle, where they led a project to find and implement a new business software system and conducted business analysis for each department.

Eric Slagter completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business from Calvin University from 1990 to 1994. After that, they pursued their MBA from Penn State University in the field of MIS and Operations Management, graduating in 1996.
