Lisa Gerding

Lisa Gerding has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Lisa began their career as a Mortgage Funding Specialist and Senior Loan Processor at Ohio Savings Bank (now known as Amtrust Bank) in 2003. Lisa then worked as an Account Manager and Underwriter at NovaStar Mortgage from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they served as a Credit Manager at Exeter Finance Corp. Lisa joined Capital First Home Loans in 2009 as a Loan Processor and continued in the same role at American Midwest Mortgage in 2010. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President and SVP, Valuation Client Services at Accurate Group, starting in September 2010 and November 2022, respectively.

Lisa Gerding attended Baldwin Wallace University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
