Andrew Lenz, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of SEC reporting and financial accounting. Andrew started their career as a Staff Accountant at Sanderling Biomedical Venture Capital, where they prepared quarterly financial statements for venture capital funds. Andrew then moved on to HPL Technologies, where they served as a Senior Accountant and assisted the CFO in preparing SEC filings.

Afterwards, Andrew joined Knight Ridder as a Senior Financial Analyst, helping in the preparation of 10-K and 10-Q filings. Andrew then worked at VeriSign, Inc. as a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting, where they prepared financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for SEC filings.

Andrew later joined CRC Health Corporation as a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst, responsible for managing the financial SEC reporting process and coordinating with various functions in drafting financial statements and MD&A. Andrew also served as an SEC Consultant for various companies, including Xenoport, JDS Uniphase, Yahoo, Marvell, and Varian Medical Systems, where they prepared SEC filings and reviewed investor relations materials.

At Varian Medical Systems, Andrew held two roles. First, as a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst, they prepared financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A for SEC filings. Andrew also managed the stock-based compensation accounting for the company. Later, they became the Manager of SEC Reporting, where they continued to prepare financial statements and footnotes, managing the SEC external reporting process.

Andrew's most recent role is as a SEC Reporting Manager at Accuray, where they are responsible for managing the SEC external reporting process and preparing financial statements and footnotes for 10-K and 10-Q filings.

Andrew Lenz, CPA, MBA attended San Jose State University from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2001, Andrew pursued further education at the same institution and obtained an MBA degree specializing in Business Finance.
