From 2010 to 2018, Brenda served as a Sales & Marketing Analyst - Business Development at the same company, showcasing their versatility and adaptability. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development at Flambeau, Inc., where they stayed until 2022. During this time, Brenda played a pivotal role in talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives. In 2022, Brenda moved on to work at Manpower Group/Seagate Technologies as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. After a year, they joined Accuray as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in 2023.
