Grant Morgan

Grant Morgan currently serves as VP of Global Business Excellence & PMO at Accuray, leading a team focused on strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Previously, Grant founded CamAlex Castle Consulting, providing expertise in the Biopharma and Med Tech sectors. At Enzyvant, Grant held the position of VP, Head of Program & Portfolio Management, overseeing project managers in drug development and post-approval strategies. As Executive Vice President and General Manager at FlowMetric Life Sciences, Grant was responsible for global launch strategies and P&L management. Grant also served as Senior Vice President at BTG, where oversight of R&D operations and budget management was key. Earlier roles included Sr. Director at Allergan, managing R&D operations and analytics. Grant earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Microbiology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bradford.
