Jessica Rosas

Jessica Rosas is an accomplished professional with significant experience in human resources and total rewards management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Total Rewards and HRIS at Accuray since June 2013, Jessica has progressed through various roles including Manager of Total Rewards and HR Systems, Sr. HRIS Analyst, and Staffing Coordinator. Prior to Accuray, Jessica held the position of On-Premise Coordinator at Stryker through Ultimate Staffing, and gained valuable experience as a Digital Media Account Executive at Hearst Media Services and a Customer Account Executive at Comcast Cable. Early career experience includes a Marketing Internship at NBC and serving as an HR Associate at Sears Holdings Corporation. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from San José State University, earned in 2012.
