Carole Hess

Carole Hess joined Database Solutions in 2009 after nearly 20 years of senior accounting and financial management experience. Previously, she directed operations for the US subsidiary of a German CAD/CAM software developer, and earlier in her career, Carole held an executive finance and human resources position with Kinko’s Copies prior to its merger with Federal Express. Using a back-to-basics approach, Carole is responsible for developing financial systems and personnel functions to support the company’s rapid growth and unique company culture.
