Timothy Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Timothy started their career as a Librarian at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh in 1997, where they later became the Customer Services Manager and Children's Librarian. During their time there, Timothy demonstrated proficiency in data analysis by using a query builder called Create Lists and utilizing Excel to sort, filter, and analyze data. Timothy also developed instructional materials for colleagues on performing collection analyses using various Excel formulas and functions.

In 2021, Timothy joined Allegheny County Department of Human Services as a Data/Budget Analyst. In this role, they created and updated fiscal dashboards in Tableau, monitored and analyzed expenses of multiple service providers, and revamped fiscal report Excel workbooks to improve efficiency.

In 2022, Timothy joined eNGINE as a Data Analyst, where they supported accūrō Solutions in improving medical payment processing. In this role, they worked with MySQL to load and transform medical fee schedule data and performed extensive quality control.

Currently, Timothy is working as a Regulatory Analyst at accūrō Solutions since 2023.

Timothy Williams has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Robert Morris University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Timothy also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degrees, Timothy has an Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA™) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), which they obtained in November 2018. Prior to their master's degree and bachelor's degree, Timothy briefly studied Library Science at the University of Pittsburgh in 1996.
