Jynn Chen is a Senior User Researcher at Accurx since June 2022, where foundational research efforts have shaped the product roadmap for 2025 and established a knowledge repository for insights sharing. Previously, Jynn served as a User Researcher at Beamery from September 2021 to May 2022, leading research that informed product strategies, and at PicCollage from July 2019 to July 2021, where Jynn built and led the user research team, introducing agility to processes and significantly enhancing product discoverability. Jynn's career began as a User Research Intern at PicCollage and as a User Experience Researcher Intern at Trend Micro. Jynn holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering from National Chiao Tung University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from National Chung Cheng University.
