Sally Rogan

Sally Rogan is a seasoned user researcher with extensive experience in customer experience and service design across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Registers of Scotland since January 2019, Sally has successfully led research initiatives, including the development of a new register for Persons with a Controlled Interest in Land. Prior roles include User Experience Researcher at RBS, where collaboration in agile environments led to impactful change stories, and Senior Customer Experience Analyst at Sainsbury's Bank, focusing on customer journey insights. Additionally, Sally has held positions at Atos, where the management of service design for National Savings and Investments was key, and in earlier roles within marketing and communication across several banks. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in History/Politics from the University of Aberdeen and multiple marketing qualifications.
