Cecilia Hodges, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years in various roles and industries. Cecilia currently serves as the Manager of Support Teams at Accushield® since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Account Recovery at Purchasing Power from March 2020 to December 2021.
Cecilia also worked at PatientPoint® from July 2017 to March 2020, taking on the roles of Onboarding and Support Manager, as well as Installation Coordinator. Cecilia'sresponsibilities included overseeing the onboarding process, providing support to clients, and coordinating installations.
Before joining PatientPoint®, Cecilia was the Customer Care Manager at Totes Isotoner from June 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they managed various account needs and collaborated with inventory planning to ensure order fulfillment.
Cecilia's early career was at FedEx Services, where they served as a Customer Service Supervisor from January 2006 to April 2014.

Cecilia Hodges, MBA, completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington College (OH) in 2007. Cecilia then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University, which they completed between 2012 and 2015.
