Jiaqi Ren

Jiaqi Ren brings over a decade of working experiences in the area of financial consulting and management, fund raising and capital markets across diversified industries in both the US and China. Prior to joining Accutar, Jiaqi was an early employee and the Director of Finance of a leading AI chip design and AI technology application startup, where she led the execution of 10+ fund raising transactions with total proceeds in excess of$500M.She built and developed a finance team from 0 to 30+ members to support the company of 1800+ employees, which grew from just 50 employees when she first joined. Before that, she worked at major public accounting firms where she managed various advisory projects focused on IPO readiness assistance, complex transaction-based accounting analysis, accounting policy development, new accounting pronouncements implementation and regulatory examination remediation. Jiaqi earned her bachelor degree in Finance from Zhejiang University in China and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Rochester University in New York. Jiaqi is a CPA holder.
