Steve Pryor

Steve Pryor is a seasoned meteorologist with extensive experience in forensic meteorology and military weather operations. Retirement began in August 2018 after a significant career with AccuWeather, serving as an Expert Senior Forensic Meteorologist since 1999 and providing expert consulting services for legal and corporate clients. Prior roles include Manager of Research Meteorology at WeatherData Services Inc. and various leadership positions within the U.S. Air Force, including directing weather operations for satellite and missile launches. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Atmospheric Science and Meteorology from Colorado State University, as well as undergraduate studies in Mathematics at the University of North Texas. Steve Pryor holds the Certified Consulting Meteorologist designation.
