Previously, Carla served as a Senior Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Advisor at Acden, where they gained extensive experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and change management. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Thompson Rivers University.
