Geb Jana

Geb Jana has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations management. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an HR Executive at Concord Express (BD) Ltd, where they implemented personnel management policies and conducted employee recruitment and orientation programs. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Manager of HR and Admin at ACE AUTOS LTD, where they engaged in manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and the development and implementation of HR plans. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at BRAC as an Assistant Manager of HR, focusing on recruitment, selection, placement, and the formulation of HR policies and procedures. From 2012 to 2016, Geb Jana served as the HR Manager at Project Concern International, where they led the development and implementation of HR frameworks, performance management systems, and HR policies. From 2015 to 2016, they also worked as an HR Manager at the USAID Agricultural Activity Project, DAM, responsible for the development and implementation of HR frameworks and personnel file management. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as the Manager of Admin and HR at Muslim Aid UK, overseeing communication, HR review, performance management, and procurement. Currently, Geb Jana holds the position of Senior Manager of Operations at ACDI/VOCA since 2017, where they set work plans, recommends procedures, and reviews HR policies.

From 2010 to 2012, Geb Jana obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management from Southeast University in Banani, Dhaka.
