Jyldyz Aliyas

Jyldyz Aliyas is a senior director of accounting who oversees accounting records, financial statements, payroll, donor reporting, audits, and much more. Jyldyz has more than 15 years of experience working in diverse financial positions both nationally and internationally. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2022, she served as a controller for Brady, a gun violence prevention group, and as a senior accounting manager at Eurasia Foundation. Jyldyz is a certified public accountant in Virginia. She graduated from the International University of Kyrgyzstan, the University of Virginia, and is currently an MBA candidate. Jyldyz is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English.
