Sandi Crawford

Sandi Crawford is an awards manager who provides support and guidance to headquarters and field office staff in the areas of subawards, grants, and contract compliance as well as donor regulations, required approvals, procurement, and other related issues. Sandi also conducts periodic visits to field offices to ensure project compliance with ACDI/VOCA policies and systems. She has created comprehensive training programs and led training in Honduras and Myanmar. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2018, Sandi served as a contracts officer at FHI 360 for two years and as a senior contracts administrator at the Urban Institute for nine years. She holds a BA in psychology from the University of Maryland and master’s degree in public and social policy from Georgetown University.
