The Administrative and Support Team at ACDS is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the organization. This team facilitates communication and coordination among departments, supports senior management, manages scheduling and administrative tasks, provides educational coordination for early intervention, and oversees clinical department activities to enhance service delivery for children and adults with disabilities.
