Ross Caven is the current Chief Operating Officer at Ace Aquatec. Ross has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in different companies.

Caven started their career as a petroleum engineer at Chevron. Ross then transitioned into technology transfer and economic development at the Scottish Development Agency and later at East European Enterprise Limited. At East European Enterprise Limited, Caven was a senior consultant and was responsible for market access strategies for numerous companies and the set up and operation of a number of leading economic development agencies.

In their current role as Chief Operating Officer at Ace Aquatec, Caven is responsible for the company's overall operations and performance. Ross has successfully overseen the company's expansion into new markets and products, resulting in increased revenue and profitability.

Ross Caven has a Master of Science in Information Technology Systems from the University of Strathclyde, a Certificate in the Role of the Non Executive Director from the Institute of Directors (IoD), a Diploma in Business Advice and Counselling from the Institute of Leadership & Management, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Strathclyde. Ross also has a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
