Jan Garke

Jan Garke currently serves as the Head of the Department of Traffic Safety and Technology at ACE Auto Club Europa e. V. since September 2022, focusing on organizing and marketing driving safety training for clients from various sectors. Previously, Jan held the position of General Manager at Deutsche Reisemobil Vermietungs GmbH from March 2019 to August 2022, overseeing operations for 12 rental stations and a fleet of 460 motorhomes, while managing communications with the parent company in French. Jan also worked at Erholungswerk Post Postbank Telekom e. V., initially as Marketing/Distribution Officer from December 2007 to August 2010 and later as Head of Holiday Facilities/Product Development from September 2010 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing 16 holiday facilities. Jan holds a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Tourism Management and Marketing from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, completed in 2001.
