Amber Helms

Amber Helms has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Amber began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Rio Specialty Company in 2001. Amber then worked as an AP Clerk/Personal Secretary at American Crane & Equipment from 2008 to 2009, where they were responsible for AP data entry and check processing, as well as website design and maintenance.

In 2010, Helms joined Houston & Lisa Copeland Insurance as a Rater before moving on to Rising Star Services, LP in 2011, where they served as a Payroll Manager/HR until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Office Manager at WNCO Valve International, followed by a role as a Human Resources Manager at Dixie Electric, LLC from 2014 to 2016.

Helms then joined Security Bank as a Human Resources Generalist from 2016 to 2017, after which they moved to LarMar Industries Inc. as a Human Resources Director from 2017 to 2018. Amber then transitioned to Ace Completions, where they held various roles, starting as an HR Manager in 2018, then Director of Human Resources from 2018 to 2019, and finally Director of Support Services from 2019 to 2022.

Most recently, Helms has been working at Ace Fluid Solutions since 2022 as the Vice President of Administration. With a solid background in human resources, administration, and support services, Helms has demonstrated their skills in managing personnel and overseeing administrative functions throughout their career.

Amber Helms pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their high school diploma from WTCA in 1986. Amber then attended Odessa College from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Continuing their educational journey, Amber enrolled at The University of Texas Permian Basin from 2017 to 2018, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
