Nishchay Chadha has been working in the industry since 2006, beginning their career at Hindustan Zinc Ltd (Vedanta Resources Plc) as the Country Manager - Base Metal Sales & Marketing (South & Far East Asia) and Commodity Co-ordinator. In 2011, they were appointed Head - International Sales & Marketing (Hindustan Zinc Ltd) and Head - Coal & Coke Procurement (Designate) at Vedanta Resources Limited. In 2012, they joined Trafigura as Lead and Zinc - Asia Pacific and Trader - Non Ferrous Scrap & Refined Metals. In 2018, they worked as Trading Director at Kyen Resources and in 2019, they were appointed Head Of Trading - Non Ferrous Metals & Scrap at Viant Commodities and Chief Executive Officer at ACE Green Recycling, Inc.

Nishchay Chadha obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business in 2010-2011, with a focus on Finance, Strategy & Leadership. Nishchay also obtained a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad in 2002-2006, with a focus on Mining Engineering.
