Donnie Dockery

Donnie Dockery is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Ace Hardware Corporation's subsidiary, Emery Jensen Distribution, since July 2018. Prior roles include Division Director, responsible for new store growth across the Eastern U.S., and Regional Manager for a 350+ store region in the Southeast U.S. Dockery's prior experience includes serving as Region Director at LifeWay Christian Resources, where management of over 100 stores generated $150+ million annually, as well as Director of Retail Growth and Business Development, achieving significant revenue contributions. Previous positions at RITE AID and Target involved full P&L responsibilities, leading teams and driving revenue growth. Dockery holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
