Kerilyn Johnson is the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Ace Hardware Corporation, where they lead the company's law department and serve as a member of the executive leadership team. With a legal career that began at Motorola, Inc., they have held significant roles across multiple companies, including Midas International and 3Com Corporation, focusing on complex legal matters and corporate governance. Kerilyn holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from DePaul University College of Law and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law at The John Marshall Law School.
