Victor Miller

Victor Miller is the VP, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer at Honeywell. Victor has been with the company since January 2002 and in their current role since February 2018.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Victor was a partner at Howrey LLP from September 1994 to August 2002. Victor started their career as a Hearings Analyst at the Department of Energy, Office of Hearings and Appeals from June 1988 to July 1990.

Victor has been with Honeywell Aerospace since March 2018 and in their current role as Vice President & Acting General Counsel since April 2019. In this role, they are responsible for all legal, contracts, export controls, licensing, intellectual property and litigation matters for the global aerospace business and manages a team of 300 professionals in the department.

Victor Miller attended Yale University for their undergraduate degree, where they studied history. Victor then attended William & Mary Law School for their J.D. in law.

They are on a team with Chuck Graf - Chief Global Investigations & Litigation Counsel, Mathias Gaertner - VP, General Counsel - Honeywell Home & Building Technologies, and David Cohen - Assistant General Counsel & Chief Trademark Counsel.
