Ron Blaze

Ron Blaze serves as the Senior Director of Engineering at Ace Hardware Corporation, with responsibilities including supply chain automation, new distribution center design and start-up, labor management, reporting and analytics, and inventory control since June 2016. Previously, Ron held various leadership roles in retail support and distribution operations at Ace Hardware, and worked as a supply chain consultant and general contractor. Prior experience includes project management at The Home Depot, overseeing large-scale supply chain network deployments, and operations leadership at UPS, where Ron managed extensive package operations and capital expenditures. Ron holds an M.B.A. in Information Systems and Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
