Akiko Hayashi

Akiko Hayashi has a diverse range of work experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry. Akiko is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace. Prior to that, they worked as a Protocal - Dignitary Assistant at The Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Akiko also served as a Senior Consultant at SYS Inc, providing technical and pre-opening consulting services for various properties worldwide. Additionally, Akiko held leadership positions at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, Four Seasons Resort Maldives, Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai, and Four Seasons Resorts Bali, where they were responsible for sales and marketing strategies, managing teams, and driving business growth. Throughout their career, Akiko has demonstrated expertise in sales performance support, relationship management, and marketing communications.

Akiko Hayashi began their education at Middletown High School South, where they earned a Diploma of Education in 1989. Following this, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences teacher education at Kokusai Nihongo Gakuin from 1989 to 1991. In recent years, Akiko attended temahima Inc, where they studied Strategic marketing management from 2019 to 2020. More recently, they enrolled in Harvard Law School, focusing on Social Sciences. Additionally, they completed a Practical translation course at Fellow Academy in 2020-2021.
