Kelly Santiago

Kelly Santiago has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kelly has worked as an Area Director of Revenue at Ace Hotel and Atelier Ace since 2018. Before that, they were a Revenue Management Consultant and Independent Contractor at Eric Santiago & Associates, LLC starting in 2009.

Prior to their current role, Santiago was the Corporate Director of Revenue at Cape Resorts from 2017 to 2018, where they managed the revenue strategies for 10 hotel properties in Cape May, New Jersey. Kelly also served as the Area Director of Revenue & eCommerce Management at United Capital Corporation in 2017, overseeing three hotels and handling digital marketing and website development.

Kelly Santiago studied at California State University, Bakersfield from 1990 to 1995, majoring in Economics. Kelly returned to the same university from 2000 to 2005, although their degree and field of study for this period are not specified.
