Bert Quattro

Bert Quattro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bert began their career in 1993 at Digex as a Systems Engineer and stayed with the company until 1998. Bert then joined Cidera and worked as a Sr Systems Engineer for four years. In 2002, they joined 1st Preference Mortgage Corp. as a Sr Mortgage Consultant and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2016, Bert worked at Descartes Systems Group as a Sr. Systems Engineer, responsible for network and server security, system tuning, and maintaining a high uptime for a large network of Linux servers. Since 2016, they have been working at Ace Info Solutions, Inc., initially as a Linux Administrator at Tier 2 and later promoted to Tier 3.

Bert Quattro attended the University of Maryland from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Computer Science. Bert did not obtain a degree during this time. In November 2017, they obtained a certification as a Red Hat Certified System Administrator from Red Hat.
