Mike Gaberik has over 25 years of work experience in the field of quality assurance and software support. Mike began their career at Celestica as an Infrastructure Engineer, where they led projects and provided support for telecommunications issues. Mike then joined Agilent Technologies as a Support Engineer before moving on to Indicative Software, where they worked as a Software Support Engineer. In this role, they provided tier 1 and 2 support for service management and network monitoring products. Mike then joined Nimsoft, Inc. as a Tier 3 Software Support Engineer, where they managed enterprise level customer support for Business Service Management software. Mike later joined CA Technologies as a Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on performance, scale, and Continuous Hours of Operation for network monitoring products. Mike also served as the Quality Assurance Team lead engineer and primary contact for the India-based QA contract team. Most recently, Mike joined Ace Info Solutions LLC as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.

Mike Gaberik attended Regis University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking.
