Jim Chernosky

Jim Chernosky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and healthcare industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at George W. Auch Company since January 1998, Jim specializes in healthcare projects and oversees various aspects including project planning, budgeting, and construction. Additionally, Jim has been a mentor for the ACE Mentor Program since 2008, directing the Pontiac Chapter and promoting construction industry awareness among high school students. As an adjunct professor at Oakland Community College and formerly at Eastern Michigan University, Jim has taught multiple courses related to construction management. Prior to these roles, Jim owned and managed Integrity Builders and worked as a project engineer at Walbridge. Jim holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University.
