Scott Whitman

Scott Whitman is an experienced professional in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), currently serving as NDT Responsible Level 3 at Ace Precision Machining Corp. since April 2013. In this role, Scott manages NDT contract reviews, personnel training, and the development and approval of NDT procedures and techniques. Scott holds Level 3 certifications in Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Radiographic Testing (RT, including Computed Radiography), and also acts as a Source Certifying Agent for multiple prime contractors. Prior to this, Scott served in the US Navy from November 1989 to July 2013 as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, Command Examiner, and NDT School Director, overseeing NDT training and certification programs. Scott completed education at Edgewood Regional High School from 1986 to 1989.
