Moshe Gabay

Moshe Gabay is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in program management and quality assurance. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Ace Tankers since April 2019, Moshe has also been the Founder and Owner of BabyNapper since February 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager for the ABN-AMRO account at Amdocs Ltd from July 2006 to January 2017 and Quality Manager at Matrix from November 2004 to June 2006, where Moshe managed an international team of quality engineers. Earlier roles include SME - Test Engineer at Amdocs and Business Analyst at Soroka Hospital. Moshe holds both an MBA in Business Management and a BSc in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
