Filip Andonovski

Filip Andonovski is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in e-commerce and software development, currently serving as the Technical Lead at Ace & Tate since July 2019. In this role, Filip has significantly enhanced the e-commerce platform and payment systems, achieving over 99.995% uptime, while also modernizing returns and exchanges processes through automation. As a Senior Back End Engineer at Ace & Tate, responsibilities included overseeing the evolution of various internal tools and platforms. Prior to this, Filip held positions at COQTAIL as a Senior Full-stack Developer, PersonalProgrammer as a Senior Frontend Developer, Web Factory as a Software Engineer, and MCA dooel also as a Software Engineer. Filip holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
