Matilda Kihlén

Matilda Kihlén has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Matilda is currently working as a Product Developer at Ace & Tate since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NA-KD.com from April 2019 to December 2022, starting as an Assistant Buyer and then progressing to the role of Buyer & Product Developer. In this role, they led their team and developed collections for influencer collaborations, demonstrating their fashion vision and problem-solving skills. Before that, Matilda worked at GANT as a Sales Associate, where they also acted as a store manager for three months. Matilda gained strong salesmanship abilities and attended several in-service training sessions during this period. Matilda also worked as a Sales Associate at Nordiska Kompaniet from October 2016 to May 2018, improving their adaptability and quick learning skills by working in different item categories. Matilda had an internship in marketing at HOPE Production AB from March 2017 to May 2017, where they gained overall knowledge of the fashion industry and improved their networking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Matilda Kihlén obtained their Kandidatexamen degree in Textile Management from The Swedish School of Textiles, where they studied from 2015 to 2018.
