Val Kolesnitchenko

Val Kolesnitchenko currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Ace Vision Group, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kolesnitchenko accumulated extensive experience at Bausch + Lomb from February 2015 to December 2023, where responsibilities included Executive Director, Medical Affairs, as well as various leadership positions such as Senior Director and Director of Medical Affairs. An International Therapeutic Area Lead position was held at Alcon from May 2020 to April 2022. Kolesnitchenko began a medical career as Clinical Director at Laser Eye Institute from September 1998 to March 2009. An academic foundation was established at Siberian State Medical University, culminating in a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in January 1992.
