Janice Zhang

Janice Zhang is a Lead Solution Consultant at ACE WFM, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Solution Consultant at UKG from February 2023 to August 2024 and as a Casual Academic at the University of Sydney from March 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included facilitating Peer Assisted Study Sessions and engaging students in an interactive learning environment. Additional roles included Student Life Ambassador and Student Consultant, with significant contributions to projects for Build-A-Mind and Boxhead Plastic. Prior to academia, Janice worked at Columbus Capital as a Credit Officer from July 2018 to February 2023, where mortgage document analysis and customer communication were key tasks. A brief stint as a Customer Service Assistant at David Jones occurred from November 2021 to March 2022. Janice holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Technology Sydney.
