Erica Saracino

Erica Saracino is a skilled professional with experience in business control and human resources, currently serving as a Business Controller and HR Generalist at AcegasApsAmga since September 2020. In this role, Erica supports the recruitment process, analyzes HR KPIs, manages the HR database in Oracle HCM, and coordinates job fairs at universities. Previously, Erica interned at Snaidero Cucine as a Marketing Intern, assisting with daily marketing activities and managing social media, and at Confartigianato Imprese as an Accounting Intern, where responsibilities included invoice registration and inventory management.
