Oil company General Deheza S.A. and its different business units make up an agro-industrial complex that includes 7 manufacturing plants (General Deheza Oil Plant, Dalmacio Vélez Plant, Chabás Oil Plant, Niza, Alejandro Roca Peanut Plant, Ecofuel and Terminal 6 Industrial), 40 storage plants in 9 Argentine provinces, 2 ports on the Paraná River, agricultural exploitations and 4,757 km of railways (New Argentine Central). Its main activity is the manufacture of vegetable proteins in the form of flour and pellets, the production of vegetable oils and biodiesel. It also produces peanuts suitable for human consumption (HPS) and blanched (peeled peanuts), regular, light and olive oil mayonnaise, peanut butter, soy beverages and fruit juices. This industrial group, which has already exceeded 63 years of history, maintains its headquarters in the town of General Deheza, Córdoba, employs more than 2,000 people throughout the country and its different products supply the Argentine market and more than 95 countries of the five continents.
