Susanna Robinson

Susanna Robinson is a seasoned professional in customer success and data management, currently serving as Data Manager at Acelab since July 2025. Prior to this role, Susanna worked as Customer Success Manager at FanConnect from September 2024 to July 2025, and as Client Success Manager at Wexer between January 2023 and March 2024, following Wexer's acquisition of Intelivideo, where Susanna was a Client Success Specialist. Additional experience includes a Customer Service Representative role at T&S Brass, where Susanna managed online order processing and implemented a successful warm-lead data collection program. Susanna began her career as a Data Entry Specialist and holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from North Greenville University, earned in 2019.
