Aastha Kathuria

Aastha serves as the Vice President of Product for Acelero Learning and Shine Early Learning, responsible for driving product innovation, technical architectures, applications, and digital platforms across their company to support world class early care and learning that produces breakthrough outcome for the children, families, and partners. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Business. She is an experienced product leader with a proven track record co-designing, improving and integrating multimillion dollar education and financial products in large, complex corporations, most recently Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Aastha also has experience successfully entering a geographically separated matrix organization undergoing organizational growth and leading through change.
